Wim Hof Method Fundamentals Workshop (Connecticut, USA)

Join us as you learn how to unlock the potential of your body and mind with Wim Hof Method!

What is the Wim Hof Method (WHM)?

The Wim Hof Method (WHM) is a scientifically proven method that allows anyone the ability to influence the function of their own body through: breathwork exercises, gradual cold exposure, and mindset / commitment.

The WHM method was groundbreaking because, for the first time in history, it has been proven to influence the autonomic nervous system, the immune system, hormonal system, naturally lowers inflammation, and changes the overall chemistry of the human body. It is a way to push ourselves between various extremes purposefully to deeply impact the way our body and mind functions.

The method forms a training ground for learning how to deal with stress and discomfort, increasing our resilience, and makes us feel Happier, Stronger & Healthier.

The breath is powerful, and it’s your remote control into the function of your body via your autonomic nervous system. It quiets the mind, connects us to our emotions and unconsciousness, and has profound physiological effects. People report having more energy, better sleep, and increased overall well-being, among others.

We try to make the overall experience educational, yet fun, and our students seem to agree!

Trusted Guidance

Instructors have their own specializations, and there is some variation across the individual workshops. A detailed overview of the day is sent out upon registration.
